How to Fast Track Your Leadership Impact

Getting to Great Leadership and Influence
FREE Webinar, Wednesday, February 10

Leaders are made, not born. Whether you lead a team or not, everyone can sharpen the leadership and influencing skills needed for both professional and personal growth. If you want to advance your career, work more effectively with your teams, and better serve your clients, you need to develop the ability to truly lead and influence — not just manage and direct.

You will learn:

  • Why every leader should have a mirror on his/her desk.
  • The “Seven Deadly Sins” leaders at any level can make.
  • The “Three Must-Have Tools” to accelerate your leadership impact and get even better results.

What YOU can apply from the LDS Church’s social media transformation

In 2010 we’re past talking about “what is Twitter?” and “should I be on Facebook?” Now it’s time to start addressing the tougher questions of HOW exactly do organizations take advantage of social media. What SPECIFICALLY should we do next?

That’s why we’ll be hearing from Lyman Kirkland of LDS Church Public Affairs at next month’s luncheon. On Feb. 17th he’ll tell us how a large and complicated organization deals with the new questions that social media poses. What content goes on their blog? Versus their newsroom site? How do they manage their Facebook page and their Twitter feed? Which types of content do well on which platforms? How do they get approvals?
